1. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: Shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping usually takes 14–31 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
    Please note that these are estimates and may vary during busy seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
You can also track your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be processed once your return is approved and inspected.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once your order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to make modifications.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Please check our homepage or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offers.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. My tracking number isn’t working what should I do?

Tracking numbers can take a few days to become active.
If it’s been more than 5 business days and the tracking still doesn’t update, please reach out to us at weeklydropstore@gmail.com

8. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. However, shipping times and costs may vary depending on your region.
Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

9. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
